Laying down thick, horizontal layers of acrylic, Stephane Fontaine's "Shimmer" brings to mind the way light dances on rippling waves. "I love sitting next to the ocean, a lake or river at night. The sound of water is so soothing," the artist explains. CB2 exclusive.
Stephane Fontaine is an Ontario-based artist who favors exploring different materials, mediums and subjects, never settling on a single style. "The only thing that matters to me is being completely and utterly in the present moment," he says. "This is the essence of creativity."
