Born in Kenya and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Githinji drew inspiration from African body ornamentation and decoration for this elevated design. Solid Calacatta gold marble is carved by hand and accented with brass to add organic warmth. The brass is unlacquered, offering a living finish that will develop the patina of a vintage find.
